Following are the Last Will and Testament of Carrie M. Muffley (pages 23 and 24) and Fred C. Muffley (page 117) recorded in Book 1 of the Record of Wills of Camas County (Idaho). These were found on LDS Microfilm Number 1432926, which was obtained at the Idaho Historical Society in Boise, Idaho as Camas County Roll Number 3 Item Number 2.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF CARRIE M. MUFFLEY.

I, Carrie M. Muffley of Mitchell County, Iowa, being of sound and disposing mind and
memory, and of full age, make and ordain this my last Will and Testament.

1.  I direct that my funeral expenses be paid.
2.  I direct that all my debts be paid.
3.  I bequeath to my beloved husband, James. M. Muffley, one third (1/3) of all
    remaining property both real and personal.
4.  I bequeath the remaining two thirds (2/3) of both real and personal property to
    my children share and share alike.

And in the case none of my children should be living at my death, I bequeath all my
Estate both Real and Property to James M. Muffley.

I hereby appoint --------- Executor of this my last Will and Testament.

Executed at Osage, Mitchell County, Iowa, this 9th day of December A.D. 1889.

The foregoing instrument was at the date thereof subscribed by Carrie M. Muffley, in
our presence and she at the same time declared it to be he last Will and Testament,
and by her request we signed our names hereto as witnesses both in her presence and

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT 
OF
FRED C. MUFFLEY


I, FRED C. MUFFLEY, of the Village of Fairfield, County of Camas, State of Idaho,
being in sound and disposing mind and memory and not acting under duress, menace,
fraud or undue influence of any person whatsoever, do make, publish and declare this
my last will and testament, in the manner following, that is to say:

FIRST:-
I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my decease
as conveniently can be done.

SECOND:-
I hereby give, bequeath and devise all of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
real, personal, community, separate and mixed, wheresoever situated whereof I may be
seized or possessed of, or which I may be entitled at the time of my death unto my wife,
MINNIE H. MUFFLEY, to have and to hold the same absolutely and forever, and I hereby
nominate and appoint my said wife to be the executrix  of this my last will and testament,
to serve without bond, and authorized and empowered to mortgage, lease, sell and convey
all or any part of the said property to which I may die seized or possessed of, in such
a manner and at such times and on such terms as she shall term best and proper, and to
execute, acknowledge and deliver all paper writings, deeds or conveyances and transfers
therefore.

THIRD:-
Should my wife die first, or within thirty days after my death, I hereby give, bequeath
and devise all of my estate, after the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses,
unto my children, of which I have three, named, ROLAND H. MUFFLEY, JAMES H. MUFFLEY and
WAYLAND H. MUFFLEY, share and share alike, and in case either one of said children
proceed [sic] me in death then their respective share shall go to the heirs of his body
and failing in this then to the remaining brothers or the heirs of his body and if he is
dead, to have and to hold the same absolutely and forever, and I hereby nominate and
appoint my son, ROLAND H. MUFFLEY to be the executor of this my last will and testament,
to serve without bond, and authorized and empowered to mortgage, lease, sell and convey
all or any part of the said property to which I may die seized or possessed of, in such
a manner and at such times and on such terms as he shall term best and proper, and to
execute, acknowledge and deliver all paper writings, deeds or conveyances and transfers
therefore.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name in the said County of Camas,
State of Idaho, this 28th. day of August, 1946, in the presence of Tom Wokersien and
Charles Scoggin, who I have requested to become attesting witnesses thereto.

The foregoing instrument, consisting of two typewritten pages, including this one, was
at the date thereof, by Fred C. Muffley, the maker thereof, signed in our presence,
and in the presence of each of us, and at the time said instrument was so subscribed
said Fred C. Muffley declared to us that the foregoing instrument was his last will
and testament, and thereupon, we, at his request, and in his presence, and I the
presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as attesting witnesses
thereto.
