Pictured in this photograph from left to right are James Monroe Muffley (also known as Grandpa Muffley), Wayland Hopley Muffley (baby), James Muffley, Harry Muffley (died a year later - April 1920), Fred Clifford Muffley (James Monroe Muffley's son), Roland Muffley, Mary Adeline Reeves (maiden name is Loomis and is the sister of Carrie (Loomis) Muffley, the wife of James Monroe Muffley). The four boys are the sons of Fred Clifford Muffley (pictured) and Minnie (Hopley) Muffley (not pictured and likely the photographer). Carrie (Loomis) Muffley died in 1916. This photograph is probably taken in the spring of 1919, as Wayland was born in October of 1918. The group is traveling to Yellowstone National Park, according to a handwritten note on the back of the picture.
